Geneva mayor fined for causing crash

Geneva’s mayor will have to mind his motoring after being fined and placed on six months of supervision following his conviction for a driving infraction Tuesday.
Kevin Burns, 46, was found guilty of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident in Kane County traffic court.
