The NFL announced on Monday that Christina Aguilera will sing the game's national anthem for Super Bowl XLV.
It ll just like the opening for the Black Eyed Peas, where she ll sing “The Star-Spangled Banner”
The singer said in a press release, "I am really excited to be part of such an iconic event."
Other stars to have sung the national anthem at the Super Bowl include Carrie Underwood, Billy Joel, Diana Ross, Neil Diamond, Mariah Carey and Beyonce Knowles.
The previously announced halftime show will feature The Black Eyed Peas.
