Nathan Woods Dies in WORCS Practice Crash
A professional dirt biker Nathan Woods died on Friday during the practice for this weekend's opening round of the 2011 WORCS Serie in Taft, California. He was two-time WORCS Champion and ISDE Gold Medalist.
Nathan Woods was just 32 and he belongs to Paso Robles. He was practicing for the opening round of the World Off-Road Championship Series. While practicing, Woods was kicked off his bike over a tabletop jump and landed head first on the ground.
Woods leaves behind a wife, Amanda, and two sons, Nate and Braxton. He was a dirt biker for the factory Husaberg team.
