Bumbleride stroller recall, two reports of minor injuries-Bumbleride Inc. is voluntarily recalling 28,000 Indie & Indie Twin Strollers due to a fall hazard. 36 incidents, including two injuries, have been reported in connection with the defect. 36 Incidents Reported, According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall notice, the front wheel on the strollers can break at the axle hub, causing the stroller to tip over. There have been 36 reported incidents of the front wheel cracking and two reports of the stroller tipping over, resulting in minor injuries. * The recalled Bumbleride Indie strollers include model numbers I-107, I-110 and I-205. The recalled Bumbleride Indie Twin strollers include model numbers IT-108, IT-111, and IT-305. The strollers were sold in multiple colors and sold at Buy Buy Baby and other baby product retail stores nationwide and online between January 2009 and 2012 for $500-$700. read more
